What kind of products does Élan Creative Studio sell?
We create practical, research-backed digital resources for parents and children. Our current lineup includes parent guides covering topics like screen-free activities, calm parenting, and toddler sleep. We’re also growing our collection to include children’s workbooks and storybooks — so stay tuned!
Who are your products designed for?
Our parent guides are designed for caregivers of toddlers and young children (roughly ages 0–10). Our upcoming children’s workbooks and storybooks will be tailored by age group, so every child can benefit. All of our resources are rooted in child development research and created to be genuinely useful in everyday family life.
Are your products evidence-based?
Yes! Every guide we publish is grounded in current research on child development, psychology, and education. We believe parents deserve resources that actually work — not just feel-good fluff.
💾 Downloading Your Purchase
How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your purchase at any time by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
How long do I have to download my file?
Your download link is available immediately after purchase and does not expire. You can re-download your files at any time by logging into your account.
What file format are your products in?
All of our digital products are delivered as PDF files. PDFs can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — using free apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or your browser’s built-in PDF viewer.
Can I print the guides?
Absolutely! Our guides are designed to look great both on screen and printed at home. Simply open the PDF and print from your device. We recommend printing on standard letter-size (8.5” x 11”) or A4 paper.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first — sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can’t find it, log into your account to access your order directly. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll sort it out right away.
💳 Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you’re shopping from outside Canada, your payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! New customers can use code WELCOME20 for 20% off their first guide. Sign up for our newsletter to receive future promotions and be the first to know about new releases.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment and personal information. We never store your card details.
🔁 Refunds & Support
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will do everything we can to make it right.
What if the file is damaged or won’t open?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll send you a working file as quickly as possible.
Can I share the files with others?
Our digital products are licensed for personal use only and are intended for a single household. Please do not distribute, resell, or share the files publicly. We put a lot of love into creating these resources, and your support means the world to us!
